We can watch the calories, we can restrict unhealthy food, we exercise to burn more calories – we can even follow difficult & comprehensive weight loss plans.

Are these things always needed to lose weight? Not really & absolutely not for every person. Believe it or not, it’s possible to lose weight & keep it off by following these 3 easy steps:

Eat more vegetables.

Simply by committing  to eat more vegetables daily will keep your stomach feeling full & satisfied & your boost your bodies energy. Vegetables provide much of the nutrients to the body including fibre that helps digestion work better.

Reduce sugar.

Sugar is the annoyance of many dieters for a couple reasons. Firstly eating sugar makes the body release a flood of insulin, which promotes the retention of fat in the body. After that a chemical chain reaction that causes you to keep wanting more & more sugar. A bit is simply insufficient – you’ll continue to crave sugary foods & drinks, & every time you have them, you will crave more. When you stop eating sugar, you increase the chaotic cravings rollercoaster that keeps you from losing weight.

Drink lemon water.

You almost certainly already know that drinking lots of water helps you lose weight, but you may not know to add a slice of lemon in your water, this can give various benefits for your body. Lemons are sour, but they’ve an alkalizing effect on the body when ingested. Some experts believe that an acidic body really helps the formation of fat cells, & drinking lemon water is a way to help shift the body chemistry away from acid to alkali . Beyond this, lemons are a great source of antioxidants & electrolytes, which provides energy & a feeling of wellbeing.

These 3 steps alone could go far in helping you shed pounds & feel good.
