Fruit Juice Weight Loss

One of the things that I do every morning and have done for the last 10 years is make myself and my wife a great tasty fruit juice.

Our fruit juice not only helped with weight loss but really gave me the needed energy in the morning to get on with my day.

Now most of the time it is not really fruit juice as it could be a combination of vegetable juices or just grapefruit juice.

Breakfast in the morning is really important and consuming fresh fruit and vegetables is a great way to juice detox and lose weight.

It is not as simple as buying a carton of orange juice and hoping that the weight loss will come, you need to blend and juice the whole fruit and vegetable to get the effects of the whole fruit.

If you are looking for a simple juice recipe for losing weight then one of my favorite is to blend organic kale with banana’s.

I like juicing with a lot of fresh green vegetables like spinach, kale, brocoli, swiss chard. Adding a small dash of lemon juice and a bit of apple juice can give the juice a little bit of freshness along with a bit of sweetness to that you have a tasty drink.

Give it a try wake up tomorrow and just making a fruit or vegetable juice and you will be amazed at how it contributes to your weight loss.
