I just updated another program that I highly recommend. The Anything Goes Diet is unbelievably simple to implement and easy to follow.
Seems like there is always new diets coming out which makes you think there is some new science on weight loss, but in general all the diets have the same thing in common eat less, exercise more.
That is what Jon has done witht he anything goes diet. It is nothing new, he has just simplefied the concept of identifying your metabolic rate and how to eat less then your body needs. How to do that on a daily basis without having to give up your favourite foods.
