What Are Some Ways To Naturally Lose Weight

There are all sorts of ways to naturally lose weight and probably too numerous to outline here, so I will discuss my 4 favorite ways to naturally lose weight.

  1. Drink More Water-I have come to the clonlcusion that most people are dehydrated especially people overweight. If you really want to lose weight then build yourself up to drinking 3-4 liters of water a day
  2. Eat More Fiber-Increasing the amount of fiber you eat each is a great natural way to lose weight and keep those pounds off. Fiber naturally is our way of sweeping out stuff the body doesn’t need. Some estimates indicate that 10,000 years ago we use to eat upwards of 100 grams of fiber a day. So Challenge yourself to eat at least 30-35 grams of fiber everyday.
  3. Stop Eating Animal Products-Meats and dairy products are very inflammatory to our bodies and thus decrease how quickly we process nutrition.  Eating lots of fruits and vegetables gives us enough opportunity to get protein, carbs and fats into our diet.
  4. More Exercise-If you want weight loss then you need to exercise more. Getting the body moving is probably the best way to increase metabolism and burn fat. What is really important about more exercise is changing the intensity that you exercise so that you create a good sweat for 30-40 minutes.
