The difference was amazing at how much more unhealthy food they eat then Canadians. The difference is that Canadians are by far more obese.
The difference I believe is becuase you will find the dutch on their bikes riding everywhere. They are getting some sort of exercise at least everyday which keeps them in a great weight ranges.
